Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Between Southern Maritime Training Institute (SMTI) and the University of Ruhuna

Southern Maritime Training Institute (SMTI) and the University of Ruhuna officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 10th April to foster collaboration in maritime education and training, leveraging each institution’s strengths to benefit Sri Lanka’s seafaring community .
