Sri Lanka Navy Sailors Visit SMTI Galle
Southern Maritime Training Institute (SMTI) in Galle had the honor of hosting a group of sailors from the Seaman Branch of the Sri Lanka Navy, attached to SLNS Nipuna, Boosa, for an educational visit.
The program provided a valuable platform for knowledge-sharing and skill enhancement. During the visit, SMTI instructors engaged the visiting sailors in sessions designed to deepen their understanding of maritime operations, reinforcing core competencies vital to their naval duties.
This collaborative effort reflects SMTI’s continued commitment to supporting maritime professionals through education and training.
